![]() ![]() Step 1: First, open the document file, here I have a full page with a colored background. The last easy way to do, if you have a document with colored text page. Step 2: Go to tab Home, in Paragraph select the Shading tool, choose No color, it will clear all the background color. Paste it in to Word and highlight the whole content. Step 2: Go to tab Home, in the Font box, click on the small icon that has an eraser which is the Clear All Formatting feature => the background will be removed.
